This article explores a comprehensive methodology for developing a culture of tolerance in future biology teachers, recognizing its pivotal role in fostering inclusivity and understanding in classroom settings. The proposed methodology encompasses education, exposure to diversity, curriculum inclusivity, interactive teaching methods, conflict resolution training, role modeling, mentorship, and self-reflection. By implementing these strategies, educational institutions can equip biology teachers with the essential tools to respect and embrace diversity, creating a harmonious and accepting educational environment.
