Abstract

This research paper is devoted to the analysis of the results of diagnostics of the level of speech culture of future primary school teachers. The culture of speech plays an important role in the formation of successful education, especially at the initial stage of education, where communication between teachers and students is of great importance. The aim of the study is to identify the level of speech culture among future primary school teachers, as well as to identify possible problem areas and develop recommendations for their improvement. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was conducted and an analysis of the oral speeches of future teachers, as well as an analysis of pedagogical literature. The study revealed that many future primary school teachers have certain problems in the field of speech culture, such as insufficient literacy, underdeveloped articulation, limited vocabulary and insufficient ability to maintain interest in educational material through language exposure.
