Abstract

The semantic method of word formation in Arabic is studied within the framework of the topic of "التوليد الدلالي" at-tawlīd ad-dilāliy and this term is explained by the change of the word not in terms of form, but in terms of meaning. This method includes "النقل" an-naql, "الأضداد" al-addād, "الاقتراض" al-iqtirāḍ.
