Abstract

Today, family entrepreneurship is of great importance in the global economy and is the main foundation for small and medium-sized businesses in many countries of the world. Family businesses often maintain traditional values, provide economic stability and play an important role in society. This article discusses in detail the advantages and disadvantages of family entrepreneurship, how it can be successful, and its impact on society and the economy.
