Abstract

This in the article Bukhara in the emirate of the 19th century second half of the 20th century at the beginning formed to Sharia based court system historical-legal sources based on analysis Research during judgeship of the institute come output , its period passing with improvement and emirate state management in the system place historicity principle based on consistent will be covered . In the article judges , judges , muftis and of the scholars judicial law in the processes role modern historiography approaches with in comparison is studied.
