Abstract

This thesis is devoted to the improvement of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the
Bar” and insurance of the liability of lawyers and lawyers to clients (individuals and legal entities
receiving legal services on the basis of a contract) in order to increase their loyalty to the use of the
constitutional right to qualified legal assistance.
