SOME ASPECTS OF IMPROVING THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF THE PROSECUTOR IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS
Abstract
This article analyzes the powers of the prosecutor in civil proceedings, its legal basis, the legislative experience of foreign countries on this issue. As a result of the analysis, proposals are substantiated aimed at improving the basis for the participation of the prosecutor in the civil process.
