Abstract

This article examines the importance of the Internet in historical research in foreign countries and Uzbekistan. The author discusses how the Internet has changed the approach to historical research, allowing researchers access to a large amount of information and sources that were previously unavailable. The article also discusses the problems associated with the use of the Internet in historical research, including the problems of authenticity and reliability of information. Finally, the author emphasizes the need to develop competencies in the use of the Internet in historical research in order to improve the quality and accuracy of research.
